About

I am a 28 year old designer from Manchester, living in Cumbria with 7+ year's studio experience as a Multimedia Designer. I am creative, skilled, and very down-to-earth with a sense of humour and an eye for detail. I’d describe myself as a Graphic Designer that has a genuine enthusiasm for web, print and motion design.

I graduated in 2002 from the University of Salford with a 2:1 BSc (Hons) degree in Product Design and Development. From there I launched my professional career working for Epamea - a company specialising in bespoke IT solutions. It is here where I first got to grips with web design which was to become my main passion.

In 2006 I moved on to working at Clear Presentations where I expanded my skill set considerably. Video editing, animation, exhibiton graphics, art direction - I did it all and more. Working at Clear pushed me to broaden my abilities as a designer and I am never afraid to work outside of my comfort zone.

I am now freelancing full time, undertaking numerous projects and personal commissions for a variety of clientele. This is allowing me to build up a varied body of work and explore new ideas, whilst improving my ability and reputation.

Outside of work, Music plays a huge part. I can play the guitar to a high standard and regulary attend gigs - the more low-key and intimate the better. I also enjoy reading, watching movies and cheering on Rochdale FC.
